To apply for admission, please follow these steps:

Download and fill out the Admission Form (you can obtain this form at the college campus). along with the application processing fee of Rs. 500/- (non-refundable).

Attach the following documents with the admission form:

• 3 copies of the F.Sc. Certificate/result card
• 3  copies of the Matric Certificate/result card
• 3  copies of the character certificate from the last institute
• 3  copies of the domicile certificate
• 5  copies of the CNIC Card/BAY Form/Family Certificate from NADRA
• 3 recent passport-size photographs with a sky-blue background (along with the admission form and 12 after confirmation of admission)
• 3  copies of the parent/guardian’s CNIC
• 2 attested copies of the Hafiz-e-Quran certificate, if applicable
• 3 attested copies of the disability certificate, if applicable
• NOC from Boards if the F.Sc. Exam was passed from another Board, if applicable
